Nanocom screen flickering

I was using my Nanocom yesterday, which is just over a year old, and then the screen started flickering and then went off completely. I unplugged and plugged back in, still no screen but I could hear the startup beep. Has anyone else experienced this ?

It's not happened to mine, but if it did I'd look for another Land Rover to plug it into to check. It sounds like the power supply wire to the diagnostic socket (sorry, can't remember which pin it is) is dodgy.

It does the same on other vehicles and also when plugged into the PC. They’re having it back, hopefully they won’t charge too much as it’s just over a year old

OK, so you've done what I'd have done, and it seems to be the device. Yup, consult manufacturers, as it's not designed to be user serviceable.

Thats how much mine was by the time i got it back. Just for inspection and shipping.
