Well fellow followers of the P38 I purchased a Nanocome evo and after nearly wearing it out im impressed its made an old fool quite handy
I would highly recomend it to you all.Datatec will be happy he will have more time to himself, he did steer me in the right direction on the subject.
I have sussed out problems I never new I had reset adaptive setting and replaced 02 sensors, cured The dreded heavac and blend motor fault WOW !!:D

I think it says more about the mental condition of the owners than the mechanical state of the car. What other car owners would get so excited about a tool that shows them what is broken on the car. I think we are all truely mad - normal folk would just want a reliable car. Hopefully I can get one soon..:D

Those Nanocom's have advanced no end lately, & i recommend them to lot's of owners, who can't afford the MSV system.

As for reliability, if these P38's get serviced regular, & things like the under bonnet fuse box replaced every five years as it should be, all the door seals & rubbers get siliconed, then there's no reason while the reliabilty should be questioned.

There's quite a few we look after & for a 2000 models that has had everything done as & when it should, they drive & act superbly, & never had any issues.
