Name of part that joins air filter straps to bracket

I'm trying to find some replacement bits to secure my air filter box (at the moment, all four mountings have broken so it rattles like a goodun)

Judging from the remains that are there, the parts I need are like two bolts joined by a rubber section in the middle.

I've found some discussions of this problem but nothing with a part name or number that I can use to source some.

Does anyone know what one of these is called?

(It's on a 1998 300Tdi Defender)

Ill fess up, was only so quick cos I did mine a few weeks ago, still had the ebay ad under recent purchases

If anyone is looking for these parts, the cheapest I have found was paddocks (where they call them 'mounting rubbers') - £1 each compared to £8.90 for a set of four from ebay.
