Evening all, hope your keeping well and safe.

I am looking at replacing my bolts to stainless steel. Are the subject mentioned
NAKATANENGA good quality?

Thank you

Well they look decent quality, but if the kit contains lets say 400 items, and you remember each fastener will have a nut and two washers, then you are only actually getting 100 fasteners, and I would assume you could get them cheaper is you sourced them yourself from you local fastener place.
But for sheer convienence I would say they have it, plus it looks like you get the tools as well.

Always grease/assembly past stainless fittings, and do not use power tools.

They do look good, they are a2 stainless steel but a4 is better if you can source them, I like to put a little shrink wrap on the top of the bolt where it goes through aluminium and steel body bits so it isn’t going to cause a reaction with the dissimilar metals

Thanks Chaps,

Any ideas of where to get A4 as a full car replacement.

Reading up on them it seems the extra cost is worthwhile.

Thanks
Jonny

Zinc Chromate paste, sold as Duralac, is the proper stuff, but if I’m honest I rarely bother except on boats.
