n/s rear door lock

Hi all in need of your expertese again. have developed an alarm fault, which i have traced back nto the passenger side rear door, as when its opened with engine running there is no warning comes up on the dash. Has the rear door lock got a micro switch in it and can it bee replaced? or is it a new lock.

Yes to the microswitch,dunno if it is as easy to just change the lock

Hi all again will the locks available on fleebay with the wire fit to a 1996 loom that plugs directly into the lock itself?

Look at the lock before you buy, may just be the mechanism is partially seized or could be a broken wire between the door and the B post.

Yeah will do he did my gearbox a couple of months ago and was very reasonable
