mystery find?

Hi, I've come by some rubber tyre liner things that have WOOD 16B3 825-16 written on them, they have a hole in the centre where I'm assuming the valve goes through?
I have 8 of them! And 4 Goodyear g90 tyres, 2 of which have never been used and 2 that have had hardly any use.they look like land rover tyres but can't be sure?

and as a wild guess, the tyre liners used in split rims exwd type....







or a bit boys catapault....
