ihave a td4 freelander with a problem,
from a cold start it starts great, but after about 2 miles or when i try to accelerate it does accelerate but when it gets to 3000 revs i feel it dropping in power then when i rev softly the car seems to pickup a little, then when i rev hard the car cuts out on me.then when i turn the ingition off then on again it starts as normal and runs as normal for about half a mile and is ok, untill i try and put my foot down then the same happens again and again.
can anyone advise me of what the problem might be.

My money would be on the air flow meter or the throttle position sensor.

where is the throttle position sensor, on my freelander td4 01 model.
