My TD4 got oil in the cooling system

My freelander has oil in the cooling system hoping its just the oil cooler ,i was hoping that someone could point me towards a guide for testing and replacing the cooler.
Its also got the auto box from what I've seen this also has a cooler could this be the problem?

any help / **** taking much appreciated

Autobox oil is red.

Engine oil is black.

good point cheers its black in coolant tank feels like tacky paint but most probable oil and yes i know its not paint just has that consistence over oil hoping to find out how to change oil cooler. every thing else seems ok running well all other freelander probs seem under control for now fully serviced, new centre diff mount etc.

come on chaps someone must have an idea?

I think there was an oil cooler threat last week with alot of info in it about flushing and testing and removing and etc etc
