my motor so far......

bought this 1993 200tdi 3dr about a month ago. very clean example with 85k on clock. unfortunately it was suffering in the usual rot areas. so i have replaced the following to get it back on the road and for piece of mind.
its a decent specced one. with leather, 7 seats, air con, remote central locking, electric windows. electric heated mirrors.

pair of inner and outer sills
new rear body mounts and rear crossmember
new boot floor.
new timing belt kit
all new auxillary belts
new water pump
new thermostat
oil and flter
fuel filter
air filter
both diff oils changed
transfer box oil changed
gearbox oil changed
all new discs and pads
new brake pipes to calipers on front
new door springs in front doors
new glow plugs
new centre section exhaust (with no silencer)
heavy duty standard height shocks and springs with new retainers

hopefully it should be a reliable bus now that ive spent all that on it.
heres a couple of pics that i had on comp will get some better ones at a later date.

Nice clean looking truck you have there matey. Sounds like you have put the effort into it thats for sure. Keep on top of it, and you shouldn't have to many problems
