No doors armour under fuel tanks, armour under seats and in footwells, armoured shield behind seats and a very large circular roll bar over driver and front passenger. no tailgate but large folding step at rear. fitted with clansman radio. plates to deflect blast away from front passengers. first used to police elections in Rhodesia then after several more deployments in Africa finished up in n.ireland. Bedford used in aden by RAF

headroom ok only problem is getting my wide body between roll bar and windscreen. but in service rarely had screen fitted
