Wouldn't shout about that too much. Towing is hard on a vehicle, especially the clutch, if it isn't auto, and the rear suspension.

If I understand correctly it was Cat D'd in 2004, so was worth a lot more back then. May or may not make a difference to price on a car this age unless you take into account the overinflated 4K price...LOL.
