Bone dry :D

I even left the bloody thing tilted open all night in the pouring rain and it's not let a drop of water inside

So far I've done 1k miles, filled her up twice and I'm still just as happy as the day I picked her up. I got 590 miles out of my first tank full so I reckon 28-29mpg

There's a few noises I'm not used to, although I put it down to my L.R being a bit more agricultural compared to my C5 estate and Golf TDi

So far I'm one very happy owner:D

Nice to hear something positive for a change - but then most people only come on here when they have a problem.

Sounds similar to my experiences - had mine just over 2 months and over 1200 miles i reckon mines returning about 32/33 mpg average (TD5 ES Manual) not a single problem with it yet - famous last words!!.

took a bit of getting used to (reversing into garage with about 5mm to spare either side etc.) but now it feels like i've been driving it for years.

cant see me ever driving anythin else now - only wish I'd got one years ago - just think of all those years wasted driving Fords, Vauxhalls & Peugots:D
