I have joined this site in a moment of sadness as my beloved 110 Defender was stolen on Wednesday from the Trumpington Park and Ride in Cambridge. It is a white ex nato 1995 300TDI. I would just like any advice on what I can do to try and get it back (of course I have already contacted the police and requested the CCTV from the Carpark).
Thank you in advance!!

First off share the Reg No. Anyone travelling around might see it.

Also post in the stolen section of this site. Not all members come in to Introduce Yourself.
Oh and whilst I think about it, join some type of country folks forum on facebook. They'll get the word out quickly amongst those who might buy unaware.

I've just had a thought. There is a field , can't remember area, but close enough to city, that they dump too hot to handle, or vehs waiting to see if they have a tracker. Police don't have manpower or interest to go check for every stolen veh. I'll try to remember where it is. In the meantime have a search online. I think Jamie Oliver, or similar, found their veh there quite recently.

Thank you so much. Reg is M82 TMJ.
I hope you get her back.
I dislike social media but this is the time to get hammering it. There are lots of Land Rover , and country pursuits FB forums out there, join them and spread the word from Land's End to John O Groats.
Also hit twitter and any other media you can think of. Get your friends to spread the word, through their social media.
