I have just had my 04 reg Mark 1 Freelander 3 Door TD4 Sport delivered and I am as pleased as punch. 140000 miles, MOT September 2024, 2 owners from new. Will wait until 1st June to tax it then continue the wait until the SUN real shines before I take the back off. I have looked and looked at newer Mark 2s but nothing compared to this one and to be frank i reaaly don"t like the newer model. We"ve had our Auto Serengeti for 7 years and hope we get as much enjoyment out of this one.

As long as it's on private property should be ok. Technically you should SORN it until 1st June.

The system is a tax rip-off, because DVLA potentially gets two months tax unless a car is transfered on 1st or 31st.
 
To attach a picture, simply use the 'attach files' button in the bottom left corner, select the photo and then when uploaded select 'add thumbnail' and the photo will be added to your post.
