Must be mad!

Ok, I will admit the thing got me at the tyres (see profile piccy) - but my recent membership of the defender-owners club came with some issues too. I recently bought a 90 with big foot tyres and a 3.9efi from a classic Rangie. I've run a Range Rover Vogue (06) for the past few years and before that a series of Discos - but NOTHING prepared me (or the "in two minds about this" wife) for the back to basics of an old defender (she's 89 vintage). I loved her right up to the point (around 5 days into ownership) that she developed a whack-load of minor issues (mainly electrical and engine running) and so I'm now in the sort it out phase. I predict a firey relationship with tears (of both kind) along the way. Anyway, that's my short story - I'm looking forward to being a member on this forum and hello to everyone!

Shirly them there tyres are well illegal, sticking well beyond the reach of those p1ssy stick on arches, its gay gay gay in my opinion
