Multi changer

My 02 plate vogue multi changer stopped working yesterday. I was listening to a disk while washing the car, I think the disk ended and should have changed to the next, when I looked at it the screen said CD-0. I tried to eject the cartridge but it only makes a noise like it's trying to, you can see the tray still out into the unit, the screen says no disks on any of the trays but there is 6 disks in there,
Anybody have any clues as to how I can fix this?

I had the same problem with my multi-changer. I just kept pushing the eject button until one of us gave up, eventually the multi-changer ejected the cassette. Just checked the cassette and discs were fine, refitted and ejected the cassette several times all ok.

Mine gave up the ghost last year....ignored it and use an ipod instead now!

You can get the front plastic cover off and work the mechanism to eject the cassette as I had to do that...but never got round to fixing it!
