evening all i am trying to replace my right hand mud flap is it just a case of drilling the rivvets out and putting new ones in
 
I presume you mean the rivets holding the flap to the bracket and not rivnuts holding the bracket to the chassis? Did it on dad's last week, drill out rivets, pull out remenants of old flap from bracket, rivet new one in. Might be an idea to use small washers as well depending on what your brackets are like.

I'm not sure if they were the original rivets (although they appeared to be) but when I took my flaps off I must have snapped 5 drill bits. Those things were hard as diamonds... or is it just me?
