its de egr, de cat and middle box, its had all service items bar oil and filter, tempted to put road tyres back on but i know if i do it will either snow or ill have to go work up woods and get stuck in a bog.

With bigger tyres your miles will be reading differently, so you may infact be doing sligthtly better. If i do 400 miles, it's actually 440 when I take into consideration the size of my tyres.

I usually get between 27 and 30. 2" lift and 265/75/16s ATs fitted.

ok well im gonna do oil and filter, bung some redex in her and run on shell as i dont have a texaco near me. is it worth giving the pump a tweak or will that just decrease my mpg more so. with my 235/85.16 mt on my speedo is reading the same as my two sat navs so i guess i cant say im doing more miles? thanks for your input lads

I find I run better on BP then shell too :p

Pump tweak will just give you more power if you increase it and lower MPG most likely

My sat nav is also reading faster than true you will be going faster than your speedo thats physics sat navs are not accurate
