We are planning to move to France in the next couple of months and want to take our 1976 s111 with us.
Does anyone have experiance of doing this.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Yes, put it on a ferry and drive it off at the other end. Buy a return ticket just in case.

I went there for 3 days a few years back and even that seemed like too long!
 
Thanks for that.

Been over a few times now and have fallen for the open roads and wine.

Looking to drive the landy on a perm basis and think I need type approval.

Would love to hear from anyone who has done this or advice.
