movement in swivel

hi every one i need help i have play in the right hand swivel first i thought it was the wheel bearing when i found movement when i held the top and bottom of the wheel.so i nipped it up i still has quite a bit of play then i noticed that there was quite a bit play in the bottom of the swivel.what i need to know is how to rectify this and what parts are required would be very greatful if anyone could shed a bit of light on this matter thanks
