If it's a hardtop (i.e. a van with no seats in the back) then yes, but if it's a station wagon with a second row of seats, the load space is just about big enough, but you will have drop the front wheel out and rest the front forks over the back seats. If you're an enthusiastic cyclist, a 110 hard top is your best bet as you could chuck a few bikes in the back and still have enough space for a sleeping bag.

I can fit an adult bike in the back of my 110 CSW, it's just a bit fiddly!

Front wheel is wedged between the back seat and the 6x9 speaker bolted to the top of the wheelarch (not sure how important the latter is, but it does keep the bike upright!); back wheel is lifted in and up -- 'persuaded' past the rear door pillar -- and up onto the wheelarch at the back on the other side. Job done, and the bike doesn't move. I've had to rescue my kids' bikes countless times like this. (Quicker than a bike rack!)

110 takes mtbs with the wheels on with the rear seats folded easily, you can also turn the handle bars and load the mtb cross wise.

it will also depend on how long the MTB wheel base is. my Marin Attack trail fits fine in my 110, my mates trek ransom we struggle with the same loading configuration. my wifes small framed GT goes in without anyone realising its there.

A non station wagon 110 is the best mountain bike carrying vehicle I've owned, 3 mountain bikes and a twin child trailer all fitted perfectly without removing any wheels or even folding the trailer flat. My everyday landy is a 90 (which I prefer), but do miss the massive load area of the 110.
