Not bad. I bought a soft dash tdi last year with about 8 items on the mot failure sheet. I dealt with the issues, which were mainly to do with the neglected air suspension, and then submitted it for testing at my local garage. It then came back with a list of about ten different failure points :confused: Just unlucky I guess :doh:

Now that is what you casll bad luck

It would have been useful if the first mot testing station had been a bit more thorough. I guess they just gave up/ran out of paper when they couldn't get the car off the bump stops. I won't rely on failure reports again ;)
 
Yup, mine went straight through yesterday too, with no advisories :D

Mind you I'd previously spent over £400 on parts to get it to that standard lol. Windscreen was this years' biggest expense :(

mine was the same 3 years ago took it for mot and air bags went down and would not rise new screen as well £150
 
My one has just failed on emisions and brake pipes. Garage having problems trying to sort emisions. :doh::doh::doh::doh::doh::doh::doh::doh:
 
Last year mine only failed on having the wheels on the wrong way round :rolleyes:

somebody (er........me) didnt bother to check the arrows on the tyres......and it failed - Kwik-fit who mot-ted it at the time then charged me £20 and an hour later to swap em round and pass me :D - bastards :)
