mot time

had my p38 in for mot today and failed on these items
offside front draglink end balljoint excessive play
offside track rod end balljoint excessive play
nsr track rod end ball joint excessive play
offside front track rod end ball joint excessive play

how much roughly to repair this lot

Look on island 4 x 4 and buy complete drag link bar and ends and track rod bar and ends and fit it yourself, then take it to a land rover dealership or indy and get the track and steering wheel alignment done. Normal tyre shops ie halfrauds and others dont understand p38 geometry or adjustments.

It also seems your mot tester dont know what he is doing nsr track rod end ball joint excessive play??????

P38 dont have a track rod end on the rear its a live axle with no toe adjustment!!!!!

Drag link is infront of axle
Track rod is behind axle

You will need a new track rod and a new drag link. £100.00 or so might cover it depending on which you get.
