Get a set of “MoT” wheels?
Actually, I take that comment back.
A rejected insurance claim would be dreadful…

What country are you in? I assume UK as you mention MoT?

Tyres sticking out of the arches is an offence and breaks Construction & Use Regulations. It has nothing todo with the MoT test. You could be pulled or ticketed at any point. Could also potentially have an impact on your insurance for a non roadworthy vehicle should you be in an accident.

Basically... don't be that person.

Run a more sensible sized tyre or wider wheel arch flares.

No. But I can suggest narrower tyres.

Stops you looking like a numpty as well! :D

I just got these today.. I don't do much road driving that's why I went for these

@Propman I've got something similar to those on now.. i wouldn't recommend them

you look like you are running standard arches currenrtly the ones @Propman suggested should be 30mm wider and cover the tyre.

It depends what look you are going for, devon 4x4 have some options (link) but when I was a young and foolish student with no money I just used some stable matting to make rear arches for my oversized wheels, whereas they were technically legal they didn't do a lot in terms of a wheel arch but a whole sheet of stable matting is only about 20£:

It was the light weight foam wall matting I used (link) not the heavy rubber floor mats (that is on the floor of the tub). Looks like is is currently £17 a sheet so it was probably cheaper when I used it!
Thanks for this!

I'm kinda wanting it to look good and found a few that can just bolt on with the correct width now! Just they're so over priced

Sorry to hear that. Over here it seems to be on the wane. It isn't legal in the UK either.
Eating ice creams and snogging is necessarily legal in the eyes of non present wives either in this country.....😂😂😂😂😂
Mind you having a wider track seems to be your fancy in the back end department....😀😀😀

Had enough of your so called advice or ask for advice. You obviously have no other reason to be here except attempt to antagonise members.
It has been brought to the attention of the Moderators.
