Hi mate, along as the two joints are nice and tight I always think when it cools it pulls them tighter.
Also access to seam weld along top of your cill would also burn off paint for sure many of the joints are only accessible from the outside and only alternative is to weld up edge basically only attached along edge much better to punch and puddle weld, will weld seams or at least stitch too where I can
Just the centre cill to work out and can start putting back together
Will remove battery tcm and ecm as you suggested, all the best

Ps, meant to say sorry for the cable ties on the modules plastic cover behind the battery as put it there to prevent the cover from coming off to reduce water ingress
