wHEN i START MY 53REG td5 AUTO ON A COLD MORNING i GET 4 BEEPS THE FIRST
START OF THE DAY!. iF THE OUTSIDE TEMP IS ABOVE7 DEGS THEN THIS DOESN'T
HAPPEN. aNYONE HAD SIMILAR PROBS?

RTFM ;-)

It's telling you there is a possibility of ice outside. Anything from 4 and
below will initiate the beep - it will also do it if the temp drops while
driving.
