Disco 4 (LR4) More crank issues

I recently had the engine rebuilt, usual issue. Got them to MOT it while it was there.
Got it back, did the 800 miles before oil change, got the change done and big clangy noise developed.
Went back under warranty, garage said it's done 3600 miles before the oil change so can't be repaired under warranty.
Lucky for me, because they MOT'd it there's undeniable evidence of the milage before I collected it, proving it's only done 808 (including garage test drive).

As I'm typing this they have confirmed that this seems to be the case but will check the "driver's inspection sheet" on Monday, but if all is good they will be proceeding under warranty.

Should be under warranty surely I think you usually get a year or a certain mileage stick to your guns and good luck

Cheeky bastards. Attitude doesn't bode well for quality of their work

Get it repaired and sell asap.
