Less polluting than a gas guzzling V8If the dirty diesels would work on the Torque we would all be laughing and not struggling with out a Nanocom
What style is that? Must be great listening for the gentle tick of liners shunting up and down and trying to decide if you have a misfire or if it's just the normal V8 uneven firing cycleAt least it guzzles in style
And the turbo spools up.We have just as much style it just sounds a bit different, not that you could hear that when the fans cut in
Proper engines don't need turbosAnd the turbo spools up.
No they stuck superchargers on them.Proper engines don't need turbos
How quaintNo they stuck superchargers on them.
Mine is literally a guzzler on gas, not petrol no HC or COLess polluting than a gas guzzling V8
Does anyone know how much variation in the modulation can be expected with coolant temperature? @wammers perhaps?
Maybe it's not obvious. it's a 1999 diesel with MAF & EGR.
Disappearing tool?
I know that, but I'm interested in how much it varies with coolant temperature.Modulation is only checked engine up to temp at idle. Should be in the 45 to 55% range. It will increase as revs rise and pump internal pressure rises.
