Hi guys
I've recently upgraded the sat nav unit in my personal car from mk3 to mk4 and bought the latest 2011 sofware for it.
I was pulled in by the lovely screen shots of the 3D maps with speed camera features, postcode search etc...
However, on my Rangey it only displays on half the screen, rather than full screen shown on many of the websites that sell the software.
There is an option in the menu to switch between split screen and full screen, but when you set it to full screen all you get is the full screen version of what appears on the right (i.e. the big arrow and distance to next instruction etc) - and you get NO map at all.
So it seems that a lovely full screen 3D map is only possible on the BMW's, and not at all on the Range Rover???
Has anyone here found an option to switch the map on full screen?
