MK3 Sat Nav reseting Location

Hi

Is there a way to reset the Sat Nav.
I live in the Midlands and the Sat Nav insistes my location is Southampton.....

I've tried putting in Vehicle location..

Update

I have now established the long and lat are 0.

I'm gonna try replacing the GPS unit...

Has anyone an idea where it may be located?
