missing wire

i have a series 3 109 and am gradually putting things back as they should be but a lot of the wires for some strange reason have been chopped out and heres my query there are 2 green wires coming off the heater motor and disappearing into the bulk head but there is only one wire on the back of the switch so how do i expose the wires once they are through the bulk head do i have to remove all the dash or is there another way of accessing them

i've found that the plastic tray in the dash lifts up enough for you to chase wires after you dismantle the center console, not sure where your two green wires go though!! landy wiring can be pretty crazy
