Missing injector pipe

Hi, On my disco's injectors theres two small pipes that have a braided pipee running between them except for the one nearest the screen which has one pipe but one pipe with nothin on it..is that normal, I assune its been blocked off.. only noticed it as the darn thing was turning over very slowly and wouldnt start so I thought I have a mooch under the bonnet

normal if there is no diesel then there is no problem

they are just bleed return pipes. the one nearest the screen has one end blanked off
