misc parts that are hard to find

Hi,I have looked throught years of old posts but i can't find anything..
Is there a good site online that i can get window tracks and door rubbers?? Cant find them on any site around

ohh and a dash for a 1990 90? mine is smashed up but i cant find one anywhere,i checked out a few scrap yards but landys dont end up in scrap yards!!

Where are you Naladaly - I know of two complete dashes near to me that my pal has. I'm in East Lothian, Scotland. Oh and he has various rubbers and windowy bits.

I'm in Dublin but i have access to free a courier service

where can i download the parts cat,google cant help me..maybe i'm just not looking very well?
