Mirror Rubber bit needed and more

Evening All.

I've got my W reg Freelander running again it's had a replacement engine, but I still need to replace the rubber gaiter that covers the flexible joint on the wing mirror.

Any idea:-

is it replaceable?
what's the part name/number?
were can I get one?

If I remove the frame and roof rack will I be left with holes? should there be plastic inserts and if so are they still available?
