Milemarker Winch

Had a milemarker H12 Hydralic winch for about 3 years, over the last year it has had allot of use pulling out tree stumps mainly and also the odd recovery Myself and others.... using it the other day pulling out the front of my brothers girlfriends car after a crash... and you could hear that Grit and worked it way in side could hear it crunching..... not a nice sound...

My question is does anyone know how to service it??????

Any tips would be much appreciated.....
