Anyone had diesel leaking into their oil on TD5 and raising the oil level by around 1" every 300miles? I'd be interested to hear if you have and how you had it fixed and how much it cost.
I spoke to a LR specialist and they said it's one of three things, either the injector seals, a cracked injector or a cracked cylinder head. The problem is that you can't diagnose which one it is and therefore have to start with the least expensive (injector seal replacement) and work through until you remedy the problem....wondered whether this is BS??
