Depends how far you want to travel,
EH Douglas seem to have a good rep. altho I have never used them myself as I like to get dirty.

Hi sorry should have explained more, I'm new to the area. I've just been based in Rutland actually.
I'm looking to swap out my 2.5 na for a 300tdi, Change the R380 short gearbox for a long one and 1.6 transfer box for a 1.4. (Don't worry it's not another engine swap thread!)
What I'm really after is good garages in the Mid East that might do this sort of work.
I visited Nene Overland in Peterborough but it would be nice to get a second opinion/quote from another garage.
Any info welcome.
