Yup. I use them alot, Infact i recived some bits from em this morning 
There website said they were moving to a bigger warehouse so that might be the problem at the moment. They are normally extremely good and reply to e-mails within minutes (Even at 10pm sometimes)

Argh!
I'm in France and I haven't tried ringing them.
Thinking of France could it be that they are on holiday? August is a no-no here in France, businesses shut up shop and depart on their Vacances Annual, even big ones!
