What? Not on it's own?
Thanks.i'll stick up for yous hippo......as much as I like windin up the Freelanderers the td4 isnt a bad jeep/truck/suv
Oh ****. You'll be wanting proof? Can we not just believe it could happen on this ocasion?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Yep agreed. Bit more ground clearence would be the first thing to add to a standard freelander. The traction control system seem setup to work miricles. With extra ground clearence, it would be a lot more capable.and i've seen one in action when we all went out laning. the only thing it lacked was ground clearance ( compared to chavved up discos ) in the deep ruts,but skillful driving avoided any memorable situations !

You should have driven with a friend of mine in a Niva!
I think your statement applies to any car. Bad driver in good car is worse than good driver in bad car (lots worse). In fact, I think a good driver makes the most important part of the car...

88->109
109->open tailgate (lots of room, just attach floor and some support)

checked the fan and taken out all the old lower dash so have the fan blowing through the heat exchanger into into the 2 tubes to the window vents....just demists the passenger side and demists about 2/3 of the drivers side !
