what pressure should the vapouriser be set at 4.6 v8
omvl dream ecu valtek 3 ohm injectors heres a pick of what vapouriser looks like not sure what make it is.i just bought the software for it and pressure is 1 bar,is this correct?seems low to what others are saying on the net,had to turn up temp change over point as it started cutting when changing in the cold weather adjusted from 30 c to 40 c,does that seem ok to you guys also when i went into fuel adjustments all the boxes had -15 in them does this seem correct?i removed this kit from a 4.0 v8 and havent changed any thing on it,motor seems to run ok,sometimes it switches to petrol even when there is still gas,but you just switch engine off ,restart and all ok.any ideas, just put new gas filter on it this morning but old one didnt seem blocked or dirty.thanks guys

the pressure when running should be between 1 to 1.2 bar.if the kit came off a 4.0 the chances are the nozzles are to small, should be about 2.5mm give or take, the temp setting on mine is 15c and it runs fine. most of the time upping the temp is just compensating for lousy water flow through the vapouriser(you will get a much better result if you dump the "t"pieces and route the heater pipe through the vapouriser itself)

i didnt use the t pieces from the other motor just put it directly into vapouriser from heater matrix and back out to original hose.does yours change over ok even in cold weather?phoned tinley teck today and they said 1.2 bar so i will try upping the pressure and do an auto calibration on it and see what happens.been reading about petrol inj times should remain the same as when on petrol or on gas.if they are on for longer when on gas does this mean it is slightly lean as its telling the ecu it needs more fuel?all the boxes in the carb adjustment menu(think this is what it was called)are all set at -15.if that means anything to you guys, thanks again,i would like to understand this system as to keep it tweeked up and running good all info appreciated thanks

auto calibration will get you somewhere handy and it will reset the trims to zero.if the petrol injection times rise when you are running on gas then "enrich" the lpg setting.there should be no more than a smidgeon of difference in the petrol injector times on either fuel.
