Low coolant light

Hi folks
I'm new to the forum and I have bit of an issue. I have a discovery4 the low coolant light came on ,theres no leak and no abnormal temperature, so I change the header tank and sensor bit fiddley but job done big pat on the back for the novice. Filled it ran it light still on . Any suggestions or ideas would be welcome.

I seam to remember that if the antifreeze is not the right strength it will come on.
