Can anybody give me a bit of feedback about coolant alarms??
LR heads are pretty sensitive to heat
Just wondering what memebers have had good results with

I bought one, about 12 yrs ago, made by a member off another forum. All I needed to do was buy a RR expansion bottle cap and wire it in, but I never got around to buying one, Still got the gadget somewhere

Fourby do one, you would need to check if it would fit .

There are loads out there that will do what you want and as always it comes down to how much you want to spend and how much effort you are willing to put into your low coolant alarm.

RRC expansion tanks with the sensor already fitted are a doddle but then again it comes down to what vehicle you're putting it in?

Depending on the expansion tank you already have it could be a case of eBay or Amazon search low coolant sensor then make the rest up to suit.

Can you try and be a bit more specific though, like posting what vehicle it is for, this being the "General LR" forum it could be anything from 1948 through to 2019
