:):) i just put a brand new turbo on my converted 19j to 300tdi and it shifts just so i know what boost preasure is safe cause i don't know if i should trust the gauge 1/4 throttle .5
1/2 throttle 1.1
pedal to the metal 1.8 bar oopps

its a barry boy motor eater :p:p:p
 
i got silicone hoses even turned up diesel pump so it still smokes on start up but when u floor it the front just lifts and goes get to try it in a field at weekend fun fun
 
1 bar max on a 300 tdi, if pushing it up, don't do it withoUt measuring exhaust temps etc or you'll be melting pistons, burning valveS and warping the head in no time at all.

I still would not go anywhere near 1.8 bar
