lost log in details

bit of a silly one here, although i am logged on here its only due to my computer remembering the log in details, i cant log in at home or on my mobile devise as i have no idea what to enter, i think that the e mail address that i entered initially is no more as it was a very old orange one so when i try to recover my password i cant access it!! help!! i know my username and how many characters are in the password but cant seem to make anything fit!! thanks, kirk.

From your laptop which is logging you in, go into 'user cp' (top of page menu) and select edit email/password from left hand menu
