losing coolant

hi folks, I've brought a 1993 200tdi disco. Running well considering 190000 miles on clock. Now loosing all water when parked off. Retains water when running. There is a small hole underneath the water pump casing, so where the fan shaft goes in. I that makes sense?

The water comes out of there when engine not running.

Any tips, please????

the seals in the water pump are fcuked ! time for a new one !
