My td5 110 has also died (again). That was nearly 5 months of reliable motoring, and the only thing I can think of is the weather has gone wet. Bearing in mind my ecu died of water ingress, im thinking the loom is at fault.

Diagnostics all test ok, egr is only fault, crank sensor is reading. Car turns over but wont fire.

Is there a procedure for replacement of the ecu to engine loom? For a non air con car, what plugs are there?
