Looking for Thule bike rack rear wheel adaptor

We just bought a Defender 110 and realise our old Thule bike rack needs an adaptor to fit round the spare tyre. It’s a 9042 but has been discontinued - drat. Any suggestions of where to find one or do you think I could ask a blacksmith to make one? Cheers.

You could have a look on FB marketplace or Gumtree etc. Also worth advertising on LR owners groups, LR ladies on FB for example. I've got a tow ball mounted MaxxRaxx which is good, got it second hand.
