Looking for my first Defender 90

Alreet. I'm looking around for my first Defender with only about £3500 to spend (poor bugger). Need it for pottering around the countryside and moving things around from here to there. So it doesn't need to look amazing but it has to work and last me about 5 years.

I've seen Yanthelandyman on E-bay but heard some dodgy stuff about him. What do you lot think? Here's one I fancy:

Cheers mate. Don't really know if its worth all the bother with what people say about him. I rang him yesterday and said Defender owners are a funny lot who dish out a load of abuse.

There's quite a lot of Yan the Landyman bashing on this forum. How come his ebay feedback is so good?!
