Hello all of you out there. I have inherited Landrover addiction from my father and a year and a half ago I bought a lovely M reg three door seven seater Disco which got named 'Peter Pan' by my son 'because it is green.'

We love our Disco Peter Pan and it recently stopped running. It was discovered that the top part of the sediment trap between the fuel tank and the fuel filter was corroded and was sucking air into the fuel pipes and the up-pump was unable to do it's job properly as a result. I have a new sediment trap (see pictures) but the bits that attach to the fuel pipes are not part of it and these are what I am looking for.... please help me find some as life without Peter Pan is .

I also have an M reg 3 door disco, however mine is blue and called Maggie. We had a problem with our sediment trap in that it was completely clogged and we couldn't get the fuel lines off, in the end we just cut them and put a new pipe through and haven't bothered with the trap, not had a problem since.
Where are you based as I do have a spare trap (I think with all the fixings) in the garage

HEY ANG ON THINK IVE GOT SOME FAIRY DUST SOMWHERE.
hello and welcome to lz

Are the pipes the sediment trap connects to metal, or rubber? If they are metal what is the outside diameter?

If it's metal and the same OD as microbore heating pipe, or brake pipe, then you could just by pass the sediment trap with an alternate and job done :)

If they are rubber then just replace the entire run with new pipe, job done :)
