I’ve been restoring my series 3 and am almost ready to start her up. She hasn’t run in six years. I’ve drained the fuel and refreshed it and obviously put oil & water in. I’m worried she might have seized so are there any tips for starting it up after a 6 year break ? Thanks

Plugs out, turn over by hand with a spanner with ignition off?
If that's OK and easy to do then try it with no spark (king lead off or no 12V to coil and spin it over on the starter to get some oil moving.
Then enable the spark and give it a try.

Well, that's what I would do anyway.

Good advice
Maybe if it turns ok by hand then a little squint of oil in each cylinder through the plug opening before spinning it over with the starter.
